Support Stronger Relationships with The Marriage School on GivingTuesday

Updated: Dec 1, 2023

If you haven’t already heard of GivingTuesday, let us give you a quick primer of what it’s all about.

Since 2012, it’s been a day of giving observed on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The idea was to create a movement that “unleashes the power of radical generosity around the world.”

Each year, millions around the world collaborate to promote the GivingTuesday definition of radical generosity:

The concept that the suffering of others should be as intolerable to us as our own suffering.

For The Marriage School, this day kicks off our Annual Year End fundraising campaign. Our theme verse for our campaign this year is from Galatians 6:2, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ.” We love the alignment between this verse and the notion of radical generosity and our mission here.

Our hearts break when we hear of couples who are struggling in unhealthy marriages or deciding to end them in divorce. The suffering that these couples – and their families – go through, should also be intolerable to us.

So intolerable that we do everything in our power to help.

Our vision is to join God’s redemptive work for families and the world by growing healthy, strong, and loving marriages. Through our classes, enrichment seminars, marriage mentoring programs, workshops, and retreats, The Marriage School comes alongside couples as they work to build stronger, fulfilling marriages.

On this GivingTuesday, we hope you will be a part of the worldwide movement to unleash radical generosity around the world! Your gift to The Marriage School will help us continue to provide a safe place for couples to learn, share, and grow together!
