Every one of The Marriage School's 90 volunteers shares a passion for helping husbands and wives strengthen their marriage covenant and build healthier, more loving relationships. As we pursue growth, we are committed to cultivating excellence, wisdom, and faithful stewardship.
TMS President Daniel Sachs reflects, "Rachel and I believed God had called us to this mission field, but we also realized we lacked many of the skills needed to build a thriving ministry. As Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 12, we needed the other members of the body of Christ."
God answered our prayers for help in 2023 through local businessman Nick Kuechly, who generously invested nearly three years helping us implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This practical framework enables organizations to clarify priorities, strengthen accountability, and execute their mission more effectively. His gift of time and expertise established a strong foundation for the ministry we are building today.
This year, we took another important step by partnering with Christine Bell, a fractional integrator and EOS-based operations leader. Christine is helping our leadership team clarify priorities, define responsibilities, improve follow-through, and build repeatable processes that allow the ministry to operate more effectively as we grow.
While much of this work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt throughout the ministry. Couples experience a more intentional journey from their first inquiry through graduation. Volunteers receive clearer training, stronger support, and better communication. Our leadership team spends less time solving operational challenges and more time investing in couples, volunteers, and churches.
Most importantly, these improvements help ensure that every dollar entrusted to The Marriage School is used as effectively as possible. Strong systems allow us to maximize the impact of every financial gift, every volunteer hour, and every opportunity God provides to serve marriages.
We believe good stewardship is an act of worship. As God continues to bring more couples, churches, volunteers, and ministry partners to The Marriage School, we are building the organizational strength needed to serve them faithfully—not only today, but for years to come.
Healthy marriages deserve a healthy ministry. Thank you for investing in a mission that is committed to both compassionate ministry and wise stewardship. Together, we are helping more couples experience hope, healing, and lasting transformation.
